Learn more about our projects for the new academic year

 

We are kicking off the new academic year with some exciting changes and projects: Josep Lluís i Ginovart, the School’s new director; our students’ workshop in Shanghai; the summary of the Vertical Workshop within the framework of the Barcelona Superblock Programme. Vertical Workshop

Successful 20th edition of the Vertical Workshop

During the intense, week-long Vertical Workshop, students from all five years of the programme created socially-oriented projects based on the idea of giving a second chance to furniture and other discarded items. This year it was held within the framework of the Barcelona Superblock Programme.

Karla Hernández

Interview with Karla Hernández

Born in Valparaíso, Chile in 1979, Karla is an occupational therapist and head of studies at the School of Occupational Therapy at the University of Santo Tomás, and also works in the neurorehabilitation of adults. As a student she participated in our Postgraduate Degree in Accessibility and Design for All and came back to share her experience with us.
