We'll be having dinner at Swissotel Sydney's JPB Restaurant where I'll be seeing how allergy and coeliac friendly they are!

Our Wedding Date is officially set! The big day is October 12th, 2013 at 11:30am.

So far, we've got a few details sorted - so meet some of our "team"

The Photographer -
The very talented Lucie Zeka who's work you may have seen in our Engagement Shoot Post.

The Cake -
As you know, I'm a coeliac with 5001 intolerances, but luckily we have the most amazing cake geniuses who will be creating a cake that's Kristy-friendly and that everyone else will love too! Check them out at Sweet Cheeks Cookies and Cakes and like them on Facebook to see their gorgeous cakes! They ship cookies Australia wide and make cakes for both Sydney and Melbourne residents.

As we choose more of our Wedding Vendors, we'll be introducing them to you!

The Bridesmaid!
This week we also went Bridesmaid shopping and we may have found the perfect dress!

We're going with vintage pinks for the colour scheme and I think Katrina will look gorgeous!
This weekend, Jesse and I are heading off to the Swissotel Sydney to test out their JPB Restaurant and staying the night.

We'll be posting on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram while we're there and posting a recap next week - stay tuned! Friends with allergies, we'll see if we've found you (and me!) a new place to stay!

Next week I also have quite a few new recipes planned - but I'd love to get your suggestions for new recipes! Just send me an email, leave a comment or tweet me!
love receiving emails, comments and messages from you guys when you try out a recipe or give us some feedback on the blog. Check out these reader creations!

Jamie's Chicken Parmesan Bake - she swapped cream cheese from creme fraiche and added in some olives! Jamie also blogs at The Sweetest Kitchen

Rebecca's Cheesy Quinoa Bakes - Rebecca tried quinoa for the first time, whipping up my Cheesy Quinoa Bake for her and her gorgeous daughter Katie!

If you've tried one of SIL's recipes, send in a picture! Either email, post on the Southern In-Law Facebook page or tag @southerninlaw on Instagram!
This week's most popular recipe:
Carrot and Apple Muffins (clean eating friendly, gluten free, vegan, low fat)

New Recipes this week:
Fruit, Flax & Veggie Bread (clean eating friendly, gluten free, low fat,  sugar free)
Homemade Peanut Butter Dog Treats

This week has been a bit of a wedding week!

Monday saw me and my lovely Mum head over to Balmain to meet with our wedding stylist (more details soon!) and on Wednesday we tackled the daunting task of finding my sister a dress for the wedding!

Jesse had the day off on Tuesday and we went to see The Croods which was absolutely brilliant! (a must see for all!

Today, Jesse is at work and I'm heading off with my beautiful Mum to check out some possible reception venues! Fingers crossed next week I'm telling you where it'll be!
Foods We're Loving
This week we're stir fry crazy as I've just found out I can eat gluten free tamari!

Also on the love list this week is feta cheese as I can't get enough! and for some reason, I'm also obsessed with Mighty Mite and Cheese Sandwiches (gluten free Vegemite!) and I'm not sure why.

Products We're Loving

Table of Plenty - Hot or Cold Muesli
Jesse was sent some of Table of Plenty's new Hot or Cold Cereal and it's a huge hit! I'm jealous it's not gluten free as it looks and smells delicious - especially when it's hot

It's available at Woolworths and comes in individuals packages, making it a super easy breakfast. For a grab and go breakfast, pick up a cup of Chobani (or your favourite yogurt) and a sachet of the muesli and sprinkle it on top!

Migrastick
I've been having terrible headaches lately (don't worry! I had a blood test yesterday!) and I picked up this Migrastick at the chemist on the weekend and it has quickly become my BFF!
If you ever suffer from headaches and want a natural alternative, check it out!

Our favourite posts this week

From us:
  • The Guinea Pig Hunt The randomest post in a while would had to have been our Weekend Recap. I mean seriously, who finds a guinea pig in their front yard?!
From blogs we love:
  • 10 Things to Do on Your Wedding Day - for any brides to be, this post has some great ideas! I especially love the printed robe idea as it would look brilliant in photographs!
  • Sweet Potato Protein Muffins from Sarah at Ingredients of a Fit Chick. I love my protein muffins, but I haven't made a sweet potato version! I think I'll have to try switching the applesauce in my Protein Brownies for sweet potato for something different!
  • Pray for Michelle - Meredith at What Merry Makes shared her friend Michelle's story, who was injured in the terrible Boston Bombings. Poor Michelle was an innocent bystander, watching her boyfriend run the marathon when she was injured by the bomb. She's going to be okay, however, has gone through surgeries and still needs prayers after this horrible experience.
  • Heather's Post about Intuitive Eating - The lovely Heather from Kiss My Broccoli is on a intuitive eating journey and I know alot of you are too. All of her posts are so insightful and you'll be nodding along with her as you read. This post talks about being apart of the Clean Plate Club and when your eyes are bigger than your belly - a club Jesse is slowly learning to leave!
