Announcements

City of Fountain Inn to hold Public Input Sessions for new Comprehensive Plan.

The City of Fountain Inn is pleased to announce that we will begin our comprehensive planning process to guide future growth and development. InnVision, Fountain Inn’s Comprehensive Plan will establish a unified vision, along with goals and priorities intended to shape the city for the next 10-20 years.

Through the planning process, the community is invited to weigh in on important matters like land use, transportation, public services, infrastructure, parks and recreation, and natural and cultural resources. The process will document the vision and identify strategies to realize that vision.

The City will host an informational meeting about the Comprehensive Plan on Thursday, January 26th from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm to provide information on the plan and planning process and to gather input from community members. We encourage you to attend either the drop-in session or the virtual session and share your thoughts about the City’s future and its current issues, concerns, strengths, and opportunities.

Please join us either in person or virtually.

In Person: Thursday, January 26th from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm | Activities Center, 610 Fairview St.

Virtually via: YouTube

Community engagement is a cornerstone of a successful comprehensive planning process, and we are excited to move forward with the community's input.
