Please join  Derek Mikilski the creator of the ActivMotion Bar at Upside-Down Pilates Honolulu as he teaches a workshop incorporating the ActivMotion bar with Pilates.  Worth 3.0 PMA CEC's.
 
Life is ever changing. Variables both inside and outside of our body are always acting to push, pull, accelerate and decelerate our center of mass as we move through space. With dynamic resistance that shifts inside, ActivMotion Bars simulate this ever-changing, dynamic environment. ActivMotion Training is an innovative training modality that promotes efficient movement patterns and exceptional core and joint stability strength by using the unique unstable stimulus created by the ActivMotion Bar (AMB). This unique stimulus has been proven in university research studies to increase muscle activation nearly 200% over conventional fitness tools like medicine balls and standard solid aerobic bars! This course will teach you how to leverage the unique ActivMotion Bar stimulus in one on one and small group environments on the Mat and Reformer to dramatically improve your clients’ fitness levels, whether your clients are beginners, more advanced fitness enthusiasts or athletes.
