Two additional floors would be constructed in the main portion of the building. No significant alterations are proposed for the exterior of the building, as its designation on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places protects its facade. The property is within the CMX-2.5 zoning district.
The AMY Northwest school community has been working toward the transformation of its concrete schoolyard into a softer, greener and more beautiful environment.
