ATTENTION ALL MARRIED AND FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS
If you have a married or family golf membership, we are changing how it is put into the system. This will make it easier for you, as individuals to make tee times using the Online Customer Portal, as well as when a person charges to the account, or staff needs to call you for leagues etc.
Bob and Sue Smith and their son Dan have a family golf membership. Previously they had one "account" under Bob and Sue Smith... All correspondence went to Bobs email, phone, and address. When Bob made a tee time on the Online Customer Portal, it said "Bob and Sue Smith."
Now, Kacie is setting up married and family golf memberships so that Bob Smith, Sue Smith, and Dan Smith will each have their own "account" which are all linked together. Sue will be able to use her email and phone number to make a tee time for her and a friend in the Online Customer Portal, and Bob will be able to make his own tee time. Bob will then be reminded of his tee time, and Sue, hers. Instead of Bob getting all notifications, and Sue getting none. The membership will still receive one bill, it will just show which family member made the purchase on the bill.
This should make it so much easier for couples and families to be able to make tee times online, alleviate some confusion, and allow our staff to give top notch service.
