The international situation around the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, is changing on a daily basis. As a member of University Health Network, we are constantly monitoring the situation, evaluating risk, and looking at all of the measures which may become necessary in the weeks ahead.

We value our relationships with our donors and community and wish to stay connected in ways that everyone feels most comfortable. Please note that our KITE Research Institute has decided to cancel tours until further notice and we are screening patients and visitors at all UHN hospital sites. We are continuing to plan upcoming events for the months ahead but will be evaluating risk and advising participants of any changes or postponements.

Basic advice for preventing the spread of infection, includes: wash your hands, remain home if you’re sick, and stay informed by consulting the latest information from the government of Canada at www.canada.ca.

If you're starting to feel isolated, we hope that you will join us for our upcoming virtual event: A Recipe for Success.

With warm regards,
Gillian Howard
Interim President and CEO
