Dear Michael,
Emerson School is now using FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to conduct financial need analysis (replacing SSS by NAIS). All families seeking financial aid for the upcoming 2016-2017 school year will need to complete an application with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by February 15, 2016.
Applicants can apply online at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4JYYZ. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
- Copies of your most recent federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
- 2015 federal tax returns will be required by June 15, 2016 to confirm the award
- Copies of your 2015 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse
- Copies of supporting documentation for any Social Security income, welfare, child support, food stamps, workers’ compensation, and TANF
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in PDF format online. Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

This year all awards for returning students will be included in the re-enrollment contracts sent out on February 24, 2016 and due back on March 4, 2016.
