Stylish Brochure with 12-Page Cascading Cover

This week's spotlight is on a super-stylish brochure for a luxury rental complex in Manhattan called Mercedes House. Produced by Print Promotions, Inc., a sleek 12-page cover wraps a 20-page stitched booklet. The panels fold in off the front and back covers, mimicking the architecture of the 30-story building featured the brochure. A cascading accordion fold with bold imagery greets the viewer upon opening. This brochure features a gorgeous design, a clever concept and meticulous production.
