Paper: 18 pt. C1S
Size: Varied. Shipper box is a 5" x 5" x 5" cube. Magic 8-Ball is approximately 4" wide x 3.5" high. Answer ball is approximately 3" wide x 2.25" high.
Production: Base and shipper box printed 4/4 on flexo silver, and then coated with specialized UV Atomic Sparkle reticulation formula. Magic 8-Ball is printed black with soft touch coating on one side, foil on the back side (interior) and laser etched and cut with personalization on the Highcon Euclid III. Answer ball is printed 4-color underneath foil stamp. All printed on a custom-configured Komori 8-color press. 2,000 qty.
Finishing: Laser cut/etch with personalization on a Highcon Euclid III, add plastic view window and hand assemble (took about one week).
