Size: Flat (three sections): 17.75" x 5.5"; 18.25" x 5.5"; 18.25" x 5.5" Folded 8.875" x 5.5
Production: Printed offset on two forms with spot gloss UV coating. 50,000 qty.
Finishing: Score, two passes through a folder/gluer to fold and tack top and bottom with hot glue. Automated saddle-stitch. Final head/foot trim.
