Annual General Meeting
7:30pm Monday 8th August
Central Hotel, Exchequer Street
If you come to just one meeting this year, make it our AGM! It will start at the slightly earlier time of 7.30pm on Monday 8th August. The AGM is the best way to find out what has been happening in cycle campaigning in Dublin over the last year and to give us your ideas on what you would like to see happening over the next year. Sociable catch-ups in the Library Bar afterwards. More details available here
You have probably heard that Dublin City Council is reviewing its speed limits and is proposing widespread introduction of 30 km/h speed limits on a phased programme throughout the City. The Council has opened a public consultation on its proposals where you can get more information and give your views on them. Please make the effort and give your support. The deadline is 24th August.
And if you haven't already, please take a few minutes to complete this short survey and tell us your views on minimum safe passing distances and getting 1.5 metres introduced into Irish legislation. By completing the survey, you are also entering a draw with prizes including €150 voucher from BimBimBikes and a signed Stayin' Alive at 1.5 jersey from Sean Kelly.
Hope to see you Monday and...
