Our Healthy Active Lifestyles Onkaparinga program is designed to help our community to 'Find Your 30'. Thirty minutes per day of moderate to intense physical activity is what's recommended under Australia's Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines.

We hope our newsletter will assist you in finding free or low cost ways to increase your physical activity.
