We heard from our contact in Nigerian Immigration this morning that in order to issue our work permit, our passports need to be on site. This means we will not be able to travel Sunday, October 18, while this is a disappointment, we know that God has it all worked out and we will arrive in his timing. We will be expressing our passports and expired green cards to him today. We are unclear of exactly how long the process will take but it will take DHL Express a week to get to him in Nigeria, then the documents need to be processed and returned so we are assuming it will be at least a month before we can travel.
Thank you for praying for us and being on this journey with us. Please continue to pray that we get our work permits and get to Nigeria when God wants us there.
