A Citizens' Suit for the Ages

On a recently-published Climate Emergency Forum program titled “The Legal Battle to Save the World,” Dan Galpern and Donn Viviani discuss CPR Initiative’s climate lawsuit against the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
