Welcome to Day 6 of the Sleekgeek 14-Day New Year Kickstart Challenge!

A quick recap from yesterday:
  • Eric introduced you to the Habit of Eating Slowly and explained why it is arguably one of the most important healthy habits you could ever do.
     
  • Elan talked about how everything in life is a series of tradeoff exchanges and how you sometimes need to say "no" to something in order to say "yes" to healthy choices.
Now, let's dive into Day 6!
NUTRITION Lesson + Task:

TASK:

Practice eating slowly and to 80% full.

Remember, health is a skill. You don’t just wake up one day and become a slow or mindful eater. It’s something that you work on over and over again, slowly getting better at over time.

Focus on what you can do to just get a teeeny tiny bit better each day.

In the video below, Elan talks about the difference between outcome based and behaviour based goals and how the distinction is critical in turning your dreams into actions.

TASK:

Write down 2-3 OUTCOME goals you want to achieve this year.

Then break them down into the BEHAVIOUR goals that you will need to do consistently to achieve your goals.
