Welcome to Day 10 of the Sleekgeek 14-Day New Year Kickstart Challenge!

Now, let's dive into today's lessons and tasks!
NUTRITION Lesson + Task:

In the video below, Eric explains why you need to have simple healthy meals that you can rely on when you are short on time or energy.

TASK:

Come up with 2-3 go-to meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

They should be super simple and easy to make, but also check as many of the boxes as possible in terms of the Sleekgeek Food List, the Healthy Meal Template, and the Portion Control Guidelines.

MINDSET Lesson + Task

In the video below, Elan explains how you cannot help or give to others if you don't take care of yourself first.

TASK:

Set aside at least 30 minutes in the next week just for you.

Do something for yourself that you've been wanting to for a while but have been putting off or feeling guilty about doing.

Spoil yourself. Take care of yourself. Fill up your cup so that you can pour for others in the future.

It does not have to be elaborate or expensive. That is up to you. It could be as simple as taking an hour from the family to read a book quietly in the corner.
