On behalf of the World Show Steering Committee, Welcome to our first Longhorn Expo Newsletter.
It is our goal to present to you the latest and most informative news within one weekly newsletter instead of filling your inboxes with multiple E-blasts.
As you read through, you will notice the different sections which will rotate on a weekly basis. Please note deadlines and if you have any questions contact the TLBAA office 817-625-6241 or email@example.com.
No successful event can be held without the support of sponsors, volunteers and exhibitors. We have a goal to raise $25,000 in sponsorships this year, currently we are at $3,000. Please check out the sponsorship levels and see if one would fit your needs. Sponsorships start at just $25.
This year once again we are offering advertising in our Longhorn Expo Show Program. Prices start at just $25 as well. You could use the advertising space to promote your business, breeding program, congratulate a showman or say thanks to a breeder. This is a great opportunity to have very affordable exposure as well as benefiting the Longhorn Expo.
Are you excited? We are! This year we have the returning of all contests presented last year. From the National TLBT Youth Show, the TLBAA Open Shows, the Trophy Steer Show and Miniatures, we really have something for everyone. Extra activities including the Gold Merit, Livestock Judging and Quiz Bowl will keep you entertained. And returning again this year is the Photography Contest with six age divisions including adults.
And even though we might have a jam packed schedule of fun activities, we offer vendor spaces for a variety of shopping. If you would like to set up a booth please let us know.
Also, very exciting this year we will have a performance of a former TLBT member who is an aspiring country artist at the banquet. Be prepared to kick up your heels and enjoy the entertainment by Luke Erwin.
There's so much more than a show happening so check out the following information and watch your inbox for the Longhorn Expo Newsletter every Wednesday.
