It's Missions Month! We are taking the month of February to turn our hearts to God's work around the world, trusting Him to bring more missionaries from our midst and give us new ways to connect with the work of missions. Each of the small groups are taking the month to study missions together - please consider joining one of them!
This Sunday we have the privilege of hearing from two friends of our congregation who are studying at our seminary and preparing to return to East Asia to lead churches there.
Kids, remember that anyone who can quote (or sing!) Psalm 67 to Mrs. Spirydovich will get a prize.
Instead of the regular church information class on Sunday afternoon, the Soldatis will be hosting the group to watch the documentary Spirit and Truth about worship. It will start at 3:30.
Cornerstones (our women's minsitry) will be next Thursday (2/13) at the Brame home at 7:30pm. Susan Devaney will be speaking.
Youth Group Ski Trip, 2/14- 2/16. See Anna A. for questions. Flyers are in the back of the church. Please speak with a deacon if you need financial assistance. Permission slips due by this Sunday.
From the social committee: If you are interested in being a part of the Four Family Feasts, please sign up in the back of the church. This is a great way to spend time in fellowship and practice hospitality. You can speak with one of the social committee members for more details.
From the hospitality committee: Please considering signing up to be ready to host visitors for Sunday lunch. We want to have at least one family each week who is prepared and excited to welcome visitors to worship in their homes for lunch. If you're interested, please speak with Sarah J.
If you are interested in being a part of the bible memory verse program, please see Cariann S.
Upcoming: 2/16 is our monthly fellowship lunch. To continue our theme for missionary month, please bring an international dish to share.
