Dear Youth Group Families,

We are excited for our first youth group camping trip Oct 23-25!  We will be heading to Warren Dunes State Park and staying at the Mt. Randall Campground Friday and Saturday nights.  We are looking forward to worshiping with the Elkhart RP church Sunday morning.

Quick reminder:  This Wednesday (Oct 14) is the last day to sign-up, so we can finalize food and other details.

The leaders will be driving up in two groups (The first group is going early to set up tents, etc), so please sign up for group 1 or group 2.
Group 1 will meet at IRPC on Friday @ 12:30 PM.
Group 2 will meet at IRPC @ 4:00 PM.

We plan to send an email soon with more details, cost, and what to bring.  Stay tuned.  :) Let us know if you have any questions!

Encouraging Listening

We are 500 years out from the trial and condemnation of Martin Luther, an event which shapes our world more than we realize. Ligonier has a podcast (Luther: In Real Time) that will help you follow along those dramatic events. Each episode is released 500 years from the day the event happened.

Prayer Updates

  • Let's thank God for the successful deacon election the RPC of Lafayette had Saturday night.
  • Let's thank God for bringing the Brintons, Wilburns and Haozheng and Meng into our church family.
  • Please pray for Ava Conner, as they seek a diagnosis and potential treatment of her knee injury.
