I hope you are surviving the pandemic well, both professionally and personally. Recent lockdowns have allowed me to go through my archive and process some beautiful images into framed prints. Many of them are from either Queensland, Snowy Mountains NSW or Victoria's Alpine region. Check them out in my secure online store.
The many lockdowns since March have made it very difficult to visit the current exhibition at the State Library Victoria. I hope you'll soon be able to see our images, and read about the heartfelt stories shared with us in the aftermath of the 2020 bushfires and lockdowns last year.
"Focus on country Victoria" exhibition features four photographers: Tiffany Garvie, Aldona Kmieć, Fabiana Guerreiro and James Wiltshire. Huge thanks to the SLV team led by Toni Burton, and the creative brain behind this project, Photographer, Expedition Leader, Researcher and QCA Adjunct Professor at Griffith University, John Rodsted for their outstanding support.
The exhibition is on show at the State Library Victoria Gallery until 31 January 2022.
