Small Business Resilience Workshop Series
Wimmera Development Association and the Wimmera Business Centre have collaborated with Small Business Victoria to roll out a program of small business workshops across the Wimmera Southern Mallee Region.
As part of this program, Small Business Victoria will undertake pre workshop mentor visits to a number of businesses in various locations. Workshops will be two hours long and include a financial health checks and resilience planning for your business and will be delivered in the five council areas of the Wimmera Southern Mallee.
Attendees to the workshops will also have the chance to book in for a one hour mentoring session the following day with the workshop facilitator.
The first sessions will be delivered in Horsham with pre visits on the 19th July and the workshop on the 27th July.
Following on from these session, Marketing and Succession Planning workshops will be held.
