Wimmera Health Care Group Would Like Your Help
Wimmera Health Care Group (WHCG) is developing a ‘Consumer Participation Plan’
which outlines how they will engage with consumers, carers and the community to help shape the health service while keeping the community involved and informed.
WHCG want to involve consumers in every part of the organisation, so they are active partners in how the business is run and care and services are provided. They want consumers to be given meaningful opportunities to be actively involved and make sure that their views are listened to and valued in the planning, delivery and evaluation of the health service.
The health service is seeking consumer feedback on the plan. This can be done by completing a survey which asks you to rate how important each action is. Once the surveys are completed WHCG will review what consumers have listed as important to them and adjust the plan based on this feedback.

Horsham After School ESL Activities Program Coordinator
Wimmera Settlement Services is currently looking for a Coordinator for the Horsham After School ESL Activities Program.
Held at Wimmera HUB each Wednesday from 4-6 pm during school terms, the Horsham After School ESL Activities Program provides students with assistance with homework, fun activities and team games. The Coordinator is responsible for organising and supervising the After School program, with help from a community volunteer.
