Testifying in favor of Creative Economy
Last week, Incourage's Chelsey Mazurek testified in favor of Assembly Bill #636 in Madison, to support the grant program administered by the Wisconsin Arts Board for creative industries, job creation, and economic development in Wisconsin. Chelsey shared our story of the Tribune Building as a display of the Creative Economy in action and spoke about how this bill would positively impact the Tribune. Hear Chelsey begin speaking at 1:11:29. Tribune 101s in demand; schedule yours!
Over the past several months, we've presented nearly 25 Tribune 101s to area school administrations, church groups, organizations, and clubs, reaching over 450 people! Attendees learn about the origins of the Tribune Building Project, progress to date, and what this “community accelerator” means for our shared future. Environmental Sustainability Learning Opportunity

What is environmental sustainability? Why is it important? Why should we invest in it? Learn these answers and more at this interactive event, featuring Graham Hill of Concordia. Graham will share information about the Tribune Building’s sustainable design and functionality, and discuss why environmental sustainability is important to each of us, our community and our shared future.
