HUD Issues Notice for Grantees Receiving CDBG-DR Funds in Response to Disasters Occurring in 2011 or 2012

HUD has published the Notice of Allocations, Waivers, and Alternative Requirements for Grantees Receiving CDBG-DR Funds in Response to Disasters Occurring in 2011 or 2012.

This Notice advises the public of a $514,012,000 allocation for the purpose of assisting recovery in the most impacted and distressed areas declared a major disaster in 2011 or 2012. This is the second allocation of Community Development Block Grant disaster recovery (CDBG–DR) funds appropriated by the Disaster Relief Appropriations Act, 2013 (Pub. L. 113– 2). The first allocation provided $5,400,000,000 to the areas most impacted by Hurricane Sandy.
