HUD Releases Neighborhood Stabilization Program Monitoring Guide

HUD is pleased to announce the publication of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Monitoring Guide for Local Governments. Whether you are the subject of an upcoming HUD monitoring, or making plans to monitor your subrecipients, this guide provides tips and thoughts on all aspects of the monitoring process.
