UPDATE! HEROS FIX: Screen 4010 - Environmental Assessment Factors

Good Afternoon,

Back on April 11th you received a notification of a HEROS Error on Screen 4010 – Environmental Assessment Factors. As of this morning the Error has been resolved, and you may now return to using Screen 4010 without encountering this issue. Please note that you may continue to encounter minor issues with this screen, including slow load times and jumpiness; the HEROS team is aware of these bugs and is working to resolve them as soon as possible.

If you have an environmental review in HEROS that did become disrupted by the text issue on Screen 4010, the HEROS team will be in contact with you this week. If you continue to encounter any issues with this screen, please report them through HUD Exchange Ask a Question.

Thank you for your patience during this disruption of Screen 4010.

In addition, please note that HEROS is designed to operate best in Internet Explorer (IE), many small glitches and bugs may be avoided by using IE as your primary HEROS browser.
