The Office of HIV/AIDS Housing (OHH) would like to share the Health Resource and Service Administration’s (HRSA) Notice of Funding Opportunity for Improving HIV Health Outcomes through the Coordination of Supportive Employment and Housing Services (HRSA-17-113 and HRSA-17-114).

HRSA/HAB, through funding support from the Secretary’s Minority AIDS Initiative Fund and the Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS), is accepting applications for a new three-year initiative entitled Improving HIV Health Outcomes through the Coordination of Supportive Employment and Housing Services. The purpose of these initiatives is to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative interventions that coordinate HIV primary care, housing services, and employment services in communities to improve HIV health outcomes for people living with HIV.

• HRSA-17-113: HRSA will award up to ten (10) Demonstration Site grants of up to $300,000 each per year to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative interventions that coordinate HIV care and treatment, housing, and employment services to improve HIV health outcomes for low-income, uninsured, and underinsured people living with HIV (PLWH) in racial and ethnic minority communities. Deadline: July 24, 2017.
   
• HRSA-17-114: HRSA will award one (1) Evaluation and Technical Assistance Provider cooperative agreement to a single organization for up to $700,000 per year for three (3) years to conduct a multi-site evaluation and provide technical assistance (TA) to up to 10 demonstration sites. Deadline: July 24, 2017.

The HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) will conduct two pre-application TA webinars to support the release of these two Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs). Participation in a pre-application TA webinar is optional. Letters of intent to apply are also encouraged, but are not required. This initiative is in partnership with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD’s) Office of HIV/AIDS Housing.
