DRGR 7.9 Release Notification: New Roles Required for QPR and Action Plan Submitters

DRGR Release 7.9 was successfully deployed on March 7, 2014. Please note that a change was made to who has the ability to submit QPRs and Action Plans. These are new roles to be requested in addition to your other roles. All Grantee Administrators have the ability to submit both QPRs and Action Plans. To request the ability to submit either QPRs or Action Plans (or both), the process is the same as all other requests and is listed below:

Send an email message to your field office requesting DRGR access. Field staff will review the request for accuracy and completeness and forward it to DRGR_Help@hud.gov.

Please include the following information:

  • Full name of user
  • Grantee Name
  • C# assigned for IDIS User ID (if current IDIS user)
  • Address
  • Phone number with extension
  • Fax number
  • Email address
  • Whether you will be the primary DRGR system admin
  • Whether you are authorized to request or approve drawdowns
  • Whether you are authorized to submit QPRs
  • Whether you are authorized to submit Action Plans
  • For grantee users that do not have a current IDIS account - Five digits you can always remember for your PIN (which will be used by the HUD help desk for help tickets)
