The 2019 United States Conference on AIDS (USCA) will take place September 5-8, 2019, in Washington, DC.

HUD issued a memorandum providing guidance to Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) formula and competitive grantees on the use of HOPWA grant funds to pay for the cost of grantee and project sponsor staff attending this conference.
