HOME-ARP Housing Production Goal Calculation Worksheet and FAQ Now Available

The HOME-ARP Housing Production Goal Calculation Worksheet and FAQ helps Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) estimate the number of affordable rental housing units for qualifying populations that a PJ will produce or support with its HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) allocation. PJs are required to include an estimate of the number of rental housing units produced or supported in their HOME-ARP allocation plan.
