The Environmental Assessment Factors and Categories eGuide is a helpful tool for preparing environmental assessments, which are required for HUD projects involving activities such as:

Environmental assessments thoroughly investigate the impacts of a project on the surrounding environment, community, and population, as well as the impacts of the surrounding conditions on the project.
