Guidance is now available for the October 2013 quarterly reporting cycle. Reporting will cover the period October 1-14, 2013. If you are new to Federal Reporting, it is recommended that you visit the HUD Recovery website.
The updated guidance is outlined in the NSP Policy Alert titled Updated NSP2 Guidance on Reporting in FederalReporting.Gov. The document includes the expected timetable for the October 2013 quarterly reporting cycle as well as guidance on a variety of reporting issues.
The Recovery Act Transparency Board (RATB) has sent guidance that FederalReporting.gov will be open and recipients expected to report in case of a government shutdown. There is a new phone number for the help desk, 877-508-7386. Starting October 1, 2013, if you have trouble reporting, please send a detailed email to FederalReportingHelpDesk@ratb.gov.
