HUD is pleased to announce an update to the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) Data and Mapping Tool (AFFH-T).
The addition of a new HUD-provided data version to the AFFH-T is scheduled for November 17, 2017. Please note that the AFFH-T application will be out of service starting 5PM EST on November 17, 2017 until the morning of November 18, 2017. HUD recommends that users clear their browser’s cache when they first access the AFFH-T on November 18, 2017 to improve performance and to access the new HUD-provided data version.
The new HUD-provided data version is labeled ‘AFFHT0004’, and is the default data version that loads in the AFFH-T. Users will continue to have access to existing maps and tables that are currently available in AFFH-T. HUD will soon provide updates to the AFFH-T resources on HUD Exchange, including the AFFH-T Data Documentation, AFFH-T Known Issues list, and AFFH-T Raw Data files to reflect the new HUD-provided data version added to the AFFH-T.
More information on system updates will be posted on HUD Exchange. HUD continues to encourage you to subscribe to the HUD Exchange Mailing List to receive the most up-to-date information on AFFH Rule implementation.
