As a follow up to the server issue message sent on August 16, 2019, the HEROS team has been informed that there is a weblogic incompatibility causing problems with saving on the Environmental Assessment (EA) factors screen, editing on the Mitigation Measures screen, and uploading some files to the system. We have also received reports of the system running more slowly than usual.

Our contractors are working hard on the issue and have identified a fix that is now being tested internally. Implementing the fix will require an emergency release as soon as the testing is completed. We do not yet have a target date for this release but anticipate that it will be implemented within the next week or two. In the meantime, you may proceed with time sensitive reviews outside the system and update the HEROS documentation as necessary once a system fix has been implemented.

Prior issues with file downloads and posting environmental review records have been resolved.
