HUD is pleased to present a webinar on NSP closeouts. This webinar will describe the requirements and process for closing an NSP grant after all activities have been completed and met a national objective.
The session will also cover the technical corrections contained in the NSP Closeout Notice
. These include changes affecting disposition of NSP-acquired property, use of program income before and after closeout, and land banks. This will be the first of three closeout webinars, with others to follow in early 2013 after publication of a Closeout Guidebook.
This webinar is for NSP1, NSP2, and NSP3 grantees and their partners.

Enter your name and e-mail address, then click "Join Now."
WebEx "Event Manager" software will load; this can take several minutes.
Once the meeting window has opened, you will automatically be connected to the streaming audio service (e.g., audio will be heard over your computer’s speakers.)
If you prefer to hear the audio over the telephone instead, click on the "phone request" icon at the bottom of the Participants List (it looks like a phone handset.) This will bring up a box with the toll-free dial-in number and access codes. When dialing in, you will be prompted by the operator to enter the meeting number, and then your attendee ID number. It is important that you do not skip the attendee ID number, as this keeps your phone line and online presence in sync. If you dial in properly you will see a handset icon appear to the left of your name in the Participants List.
