Thank you for your continued tremendous efforts to keep those experiencing homelessness safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Longitudinal System Analysis (LSA) submission process is closing today, Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at 11:59 PM PST (2:59 AM EST). Unfortunately, the deadline will not be extended.
The last round of data quality warning flags will be run tomorrow, Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 5:00 AM PST (8:00 AM EST). Any LSA uploads in the HDX 2.0 system at that time will be included in this run. The updated warnings will be available in the system by mid-afternoon. There will be no future warning flag runs.
HUD’s Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR) team members will continue to review notes through the end of this week. Communities will be given until 2:00 PM PST (5:00 PM EST) on Friday, February 18, 2022, to provide final notes in response to any remaining warning flags and to submit to the AHAR team to review. These notes are critical to our understanding of this data.
Thank you again for your partnership and incredible work to resolve as many of the data quality issues as possible and for your ongoing commitment to maintaining high quality data to better understand and progress towards ending homelessness.
