HUD Multifamily Affordable Housing Preservation Clinics: Registration Open and Materials Available

Spaces are still available for the Chicago and Columbus Preservation Clinics in early November 2015. Registration is also now open for the Mid-Atlantic Preservation Clinic in Washington, DC on December 9, 2015. See below for registration links and visit the HUD Exchange training and events page for more information.

HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing Programs is offering local preservation clinics for Section 236 (both FHA-insured and HFA-issued) and Section 202 Direct Loan property owners and their partners. These intensive, one-day trainings will offer participants guidance on the steps to take to preserve the affordability, structural integrity, and financial viability of their properties.

The clinics are open to all interested owners and stakeholders who would like to register. When space is limited, registration priority will be given to owners located in the field office region where the clinic is occurring, as indicated by the states below. Enrollment will be approved and confirmed as space permits.
