The Ask A Question teams are knowledgeable providers of on-demand technical assistance available to answer questions.  The Ask A Question teams include technical assistance providers, HUD staff, and system programmers.

Over the next few months, all CPD virtual help desks and question systems will be consolidated into the OneCPD Ask A Question. This centralized portal will allow HUD’s customers to ask questions on any CPD-related topic in one place and for HUD to provide more timely and consistent answers to questions and to obtain more information on common grantee knowledge gaps.
