HUD has published a Contract Reporting Template for grantees receiving funds under Public Law 113-2. Per the Federal Register (FR) Notice published July 11, 2014, this template must be used to summarize all contracts procured by the grantee, subrecipients, or recipients. Grantees are to update and upload this template to their website each quarter. They must also update and upload to DRGR as part of their QPR submissions beginning with the next QPR due October 2014. Additional guidance on how to use the template can be found on the Instructions tab of the spreadsheet. The template is presented as a draft, as the Department may revise the template going forward, based upon grantees' experiences in using this tool.
