HUD Updates FY 2019 Specialized Housing and Services for Victims of Human Trafficking NOFA to Include Non-citizens

HUD has added minor and adult foreign national victims to Section III.F.1.g of the FY 2019 Specialized Housing and Services for Victims of Human Trafficking Notice of Funding Availability to allow recipients to serve non-citizens under this program.
