New Online Assessment Tool to Improve Data Practices for CoCs

The HUD Exchange is excited to release the CoC Data Maturity Assessment Tool, a new resource to help communities reflect on local data practices and identify the conditions necessary for effective and data-based decision-making.

This confidential self-assessment is designed to motivate discussion on the degree to which data is currently being leveraged in your community and to instigate action on areas for improvement. It includes:

  • An overview of how your community is performing in four key areas of data maturity with a results printout.
  • An action plan to help you measure your objectives.
  • A robust resource library to help design and implement your improvement strategies.

This tool is available to anyone with a HUD Exchange account.
