As of Tuesday, October 9, 2012, the ninth day of this reporting cycle, we are off to a gradual start with grantees reporting. There are only 3 working days left to submit your report and only 7 of the 73 NSP2 and NSP-TA grantees have reported
. We encourage all NSP2 and NSP-TA grantees to report by Friday, October 12th, given that most offices and both help desks are closed on Saturday and Sunday, October 13th and 14th.
NSP grantees needing assistance may contact HUD’s Recovery Act Reporting Call Center at 1-800-998-9999 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Call Center is available 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
HUD has also issued updated reporting guidance outlined in the NSP Policy Alert titled Updated NSP2 Guidance on Reporting in FederalReporting.Gov
. The document includes the expected timetable for the October 2012 quarterly reporting cycle as well as additional guidance for providing clear and descriptive narratives and a sample reporting template.
