- Look at sustainability fellowship programs, including EDF Climate Corps, Enterprise Rose Architectural Fellowship, and CivicSparks fellowships
- Engage in dialogue with your BBC partner peers and program management

Lauren Zullo is Director of Sustainability for Jonathan Rose Companies, overseeing environmental and healthy building design, retrofit, certification, and reporting initiatives across the firm’s business practices. Previously she worked for the Natural Resources Defense Council as Director of National Initiatives for the City Energy Project.

Scott Ledford has worked with ICF's Housing and Community Development practice for more than 20 years on initiatives spanning energy efficiency, housing finance and regulatory compliance. He previously worked for a local government implementing federally-funded programs, a real estate development firm originating and underwriting development projects, and universities directing operations and developing future leaders.
