HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing Programs is offering this training for Section 236 (both FHA-insured and HFA-issued) and Section 202 Direct Loan property owners and their partners. This intensive, one-day clinic will offer participants guidance on the steps to take to preserve the affordability, structural integrity, and financial viability of their properties.
The clinic is open to all interested owners and stakeholders who would like to register, although priority will be given to owners in AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, PR, SC, and TN. Enrollment will be approved and confirmed as space permits.
