HOME-ARP Allocation Plan Checklist and Common PJ Issues Fact Sheets Now Available

The HOME-ARP Allocation Plan Checklist Fact Sheet provides instruction and guidance for a HOME-ARP allocation plan which is a substantial amendment to the Participating Jurisdiction's (PJ) FY 2021 annual action plan. The checklist also includes an overview of the governing requirements for HOME-ARP funding and the overall process for allocation plan submission and Field Office review.

The HOME-ARP Allocation Plan Common PJ Issues Fact Sheet provides an overview of common issues found in HOME-ARP allocation plans, including consultation, public participation process, needs and gaps analysis, and other activities.

These fact sheets are the latest in a series of HOME-ARP Implementation Notice Fact Sheets issued by HUD to support program implementation. Each fact sheet addresses a topic related to the HOME-ARP Implementation Notice CPD-21-10: Requirements for the Use of Funds in the HOME-ARP Program.
