Under Federal Register Notice: Allocations, Common Application, Waivers, and Alternative Requirements for 2017 Disaster CDBG-DR Grantees, Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program grantees are required to coordinate with HUD-approved housing counseling organizations to ensure that information and services are made available to both renters and homeowners throughout the disaster recovery process. This webinar will provide an overview of the requirements of the Federal Register Notice, an outline of the CDBG-DR program for housing counselors, and tips for housing counselors on how to coordinate with their local CDBG-DR grantee.
