HOME after the COVID-19 Waivers Video Series Now Available

This four-part series discusses the recent and pending expiration of statutory suspensions and regulatory waivers in the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) issued by HUD in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following publication of the HUD memorandum dated September 21, 2021, that extended a few HOME suspensions and waivers but allowed most to expire as of September 30, 2021, this series is intended to help Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) plan for the expiration of the remaining waivers. The series also summarizes expired waivers and related regular HOME requirements and recommends steps PJs should take to ensure they have transitioned their HOME programs back to compliance with standing regulatory requirements.

Split into short, digestible +/- 10-minute segments, the series can be viewed all at once or in sequence as time allows.
