As the NSP expenditure deadline approaches, grantees are deeply involved in questions of disposition - of selling houses, but increasingly of disposing of houses that have not sold, as well as land banked properties. This webinar will review strategies and options for disposing of difficult properties, walk through live examples and review past HUD guidance on disposition and demolition. In addition, HUD staff will walk through HUD’s recent guidance on land bank disposition from their November 25th Policy Alert.
This webinar is for grantees with disposition concerns or land bank properties.
Please join us on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 2 PM EDT.
Webinar materials will be posted to the HUD Exchange Training & Events page as they become available.
