FY 2017 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition: Technical Correction Posted for FY 2017 CoC Program Competition NOFA

Submission Deadline: Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 8:00 PM Eastern Time

HUD has posted a technical correction to the FY 2017 CoC Program Competition NOFA to correct the following:

  • Section VII.A.6.d. stated, “Up to 4 points to CoCs that demonstrate the total number of homeless households with children and youth has decreased as reported in the 2017 PIT count compared to 2016.”

    • This now correctly states, “Up to 4 points to CoCs that demonstrate the total number of homeless veterans has decreased as reported in the 2017 PIT count compared to 2016.”

Section V.G.5.d.(1)

  • Corrected “Oofice” to “Office,” – “When considering renewal projects for award; HUD will review information in eLOCCS, APRs, and information provided from the local HUD CPD field office, including monitoring reports and audit reports as applicable, and performance standards on prior grants, and will assess projects using the following criteria on a pass/fail basis…”

Section VI.C.2.i. Applicant Code of Conduct

  • Corrected the hyperlink to ensure it directs the reader to the HUD website page for Code of Conduct information. The previous link presented, “Page not found.”

The FY 2017 Continuum of Care (CoC) Consolidated Application (CoC Application and CoC Priority Listing) and project applications are now available in e-snaps at www.hud.gov/esnaps. Collaborative Applicants and project applicants can now access the applications to review, update, and enter information that is required for the application process through the FY 2017 CoC Program Competition NOFA.
